Project I: Abolition Brings Slavery's Sins to The American Concsience

I have always found that Slavery of an variety is simply disgusting.  No matter the reason, no matter  the circumstance, no matter the people.  Slavery is a horrid idea and should never have been introduced any  human society.  However, it is clear to me that the most aggressive and immoral form of slavery was the raced based slavery of the early history of the United States.

Project III: Richard Nixon and the Watergate Scandal

I have chosen to discuss the Watergate Scandal because it's a subject that many Americans are aware of, however too many, as it seems, are not actually familiar with the specifics of what exactly happened.  We all know that Richard Nixon sent a group of "former CIA" agents to bug the Democratic National Committee offices at the Watergate Hotel in Washington D.C.   We also know as a nation, that this scandal forced Nixon to be the first President in U.S. history to resign from office, placing Gerald Ford, Nixon's Vice President to take office as the 38th President in 1974.  The majority of the nation is aware of this much, at least.  However, there are many imperative details related to the Watergate scandal that most folks are unaware of, and this blog post will highlight many of these details and show the public the full Watergate story.

Only 18 months after his inauguration, Richard M. Nixon approved a plan to massively expand the gathering of domestic-intelligence by the FBI, CIA, and related agencies on July 23rd of 1970.
